PURCHASE GUARANTEE
We want you to find the perfect swimsuit. The availability of our designs depends on current stock. You can check it by selecting the reference, color, and size, then adding it to your cart. If, by exception, the product sells out at the moment of your purchase (even due to a system error), we will notify you as soon as possible so you may cancel and receive a refund.

Our site is open 24/7 so you can browse whenever you like. However, if you make your purchase after 6:00 p.m. (Mexico City time), on weekends, or holidays, your order will begin processing the next business day. This ensures your order arrives in perfect condition!

COLORS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our swimwear as accurately as possible. However, tones may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be exactly the same as the actual product. Trust that every Smeralda design has its own unique beauty!

PRICING
On smeraldasw.com, prices may be shown in Colombian Pesos (COP $), U.S. Dollars (USD $), or Mexican Pesos (MXN $), and include applicable taxes. Prices are calculated independently of the COP exchange rate, offering region-specific pricing for our customers in Mexico and outside Colombia. If your card operates in a different currency, your bank will convert the payment at the current exchange rate on the transaction day.

Smeralda Swimwear reserves the right to adjust product prices when necessary, without prior notice. However, the price applied to your purchase will always be the one displayed at the moment you confirm and pay for your order. We do not adjust prices for previously purchased items if their price is later reduced. Once a product is purchased on sale or with a discount, the price paid is final and no refunds will be issued for price differences.
