Shipping and Delivery

At smeraldasw.com, we’re committed to delivering your orders within the agreed timeframe. If you’re not present at the delivery address when your order arrives, the courier is authorized to leave it at reception or with someone else at the address. The person receiving the order doesn’t have to be the one who made the purchase — unless you notify us otherwise through our customer service channels. We know how important it is to receive your Smeralda pieces as soon as possible.

At Smeralda Swimwear, we want to ensure your order arrives on time. If we need to contact you and are unable to reach you within one month, we will issue a refund. If you paid with a credit card, we’ll request a charge reversal via our payment platform. If you used a debit card, we’ll send you a voucher or credit note to your registered email, valid for 6 months from its issue date.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be shown during checkout, once you enter your delivery address in Mexico. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns, and this will be clearly announced on our website.

You can review your order details in the “My Orders” section of your account. There, you’ll find information about previous, current, and in-transit orders.
